What can I return?

You may return just about any item (certain exceptions apply) within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. For the Holiday season, most items shipped between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31st. Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. All original packaging and contents must be returned with the item.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2-4 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7-10 days after we receive and process your order.

Does Lady Gryphon offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes, if you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your cart. If you receive a damaged item and notify us within 30 days, we’ll ship a replacement of the exact item.
