During this challenging time, Lady Gryphon’s focus is on supporting our customers, our employees and the communities in which we operate.
We have successfully worked to avoid disruptions caused by COVID-19, while at the same time acting responsibly to do what we can to prevent further spread of the virus within our workplaces.
We will continue to closely monitor and assess the evolving situation and will be diligent about communicating on important issues.
At the LG office and warehouse, safety precautions, such as signage for distancing, hand sanitizers and masks are in use. When the pandemic first began, all employees were sent home with laptops until our area was under control (in terms of positivity rates). If there was an additional spike, we would implement same policy. Our VOIP telephone system would be able to handle taking calls from our homes (if necessary) and we would communicate timely with our customers with any delays or needs for alternative choices.
During this time of uncertainty, we will do everything we can to support our community. Should global conditions shift, we are confident we can quickly respond to changing market dynamics, minimizing impacts to our business and disruptions to our customers and partners.
